Muir Cottage (Ian
Bryce)
This weekend in the middle of the trades
holidays will provide an opportunity to visit the remote
hills such as Carn an Righ or to go for some longer
climbs. A traverse could be arranged by using the
Heather hopper bus from Spittal of Glenshee, using bikes
to Alltanour or by using cars. Using a bike one can
access many of the remoter hills. The new midge eater
should be working and with warmer weather you may fancy
lighting the barbie. Bring your own sleeping bag. The
hut has all the usual facilities, kitchen, showers, and
drying room. To confirm your place for the weekend
send £8 hut fees per member (with cheques made payable
to the Cairngorm Club) to Ian Bryce. Please let me know
if you wish a lift or are willing to provide a lift. To
book contact
Ian Bryce. |
